One Two Pru flips the “work from home” model to “home from work” with the introduction of two new building amenities for tenants: The Nest, a Safe and Private Sanctuary for Nursing Parents, and Wooftop Terrace, a Rooftop Relief Space for Dogs. The new tenant amenities come on the heels of One Two Pru renewing its WELL Health-Safety Rating and RESETTM Air Certification, making it the largest commercial building in the world to accomplish this level of indoor air quality and tenant health.

The Nest, located on the 19th floor of On Two Pru’s ‘Two Pru’, is a state-of-the-art lactating lounge featuring three dedicated rooms — The Nestling Room, The Downey Room and The Breathing Room. Each room is equipped with hospital-grade breastfeeding pumps and accessory kits and includes a chair and desk. The rooms provide parents a well-appointed safe and private haven to nurse, just off a central lounge area that includes a couch, lounge chairs and television. Rooms can be reserved in advance using the One Two Pru tenant app and may also be scheduled for healthful workday breaks when timing allows. One Two Pru is the only commercial building in the area that provides this kind of wellness space with hospital-grade equipment.
The Wooftop Terrace , located on One Two Pru’s existing 11th floor rooftop terrace overlooking Millennium Park and the lakefront, is a 300 square-foot open-air relief space for tenant dogs. The only-of-its-kind in a Chicago commercial building, the Wooftop Terrace features K9Grass Classic antimicrobial knitted summer green turf by ForeverLawn Chicago. The sky-high space includes a dog waste station and excrement bags. Waste is removed daily and on demand, and the turf is thoroughly washed a minimum of once a day using urine enzyme-treated water. One Two Pru pups also enjoy swag such as pop-up water bowls, rope frisbees and bandanas.
Both The Nest and the Wooftop Terrace complement One Two Pru’s expansive array of tenant spaces and amenities, including: the 7,000 square-foot rooftop terrace with grassy lawn, multiple lounge spaces, amphitheater seating and Airstream food truck; the 23,000 square-foot lounge space with craft cuisine and coffee; and the 11,626 square-foot health club with wellness and fitness programming. Other tenant perks at One Two Pru include concierge services, 24-hour security, shuttle service to Union, Ogilvie & LaSalle Street Station and an indoor bike room.
